Camera to film car outside

Can anyone recommend a small camera that can film a car ( roughly 60 feet away ) from an upstairs window day and night alternatively a small weatherproof camera with it's own power that can be placed discreetly in the garden.

All my proper cameras have either a 29 min duration for recording or wont run from an external power supply.

Yeah was looking at that one on Amazon. Found a £25 solution for permanent power for one of my cams that will give me much better resolution on a 400mm lens :-) and 12 hr recording so i'm good.

It's not going to be long term so i'll just stick it on a tripod out of the way.
