Router log in

I'm having trouble logging in to my Sky Q router to check the settings.

After entering my IP address it is asking me for a username and password. I've tried everything from admin/password to the router name and password and my Sky account log in details.

I can't even reset to factory settings without it

I've tried searching but with no luck

Have you tried pressing and holding the reset button for 15-20 seconds ?

Once the LEDs flash on the front, release the button and it should invoke a factory reset.

This has been done in the past anyway, it is Sky after all! Thanks though
