Is there a way of backing up my iPhones Apple TV files?

I'm backing up my iPhone 7 to iCloud ready for wiping it and trading it in for an iPhone 12 on Saturday.
All went well, but my iPhone has the Apple TV app which contains various films that I've downloaded (to iTunes??) over the years, and home videos I've taken using my phone. I can't find these in iCloud anywhere so I assume they are still just sat on my phone?

Is there a way of backing up this content to make sure they appear on my new iPhone?

Home videos should be backed up with your photos.

However, for 'bought' videos, I believe Apple expects you to download them again once your new phone is up & running.

Ok thanks, I've a feeling these might be movies that I downloaded from the internet to my laptop many years ago, and then imported to iTunes with some DVD cover artwork on them. So I'll have to have a look in iTunes and see if they are in there.

If so, I didn't realise they would show in my phones Apple TV app, which I didn't even know I had, maybe its an ios14 thing?
