I'm looking to setup a security camera in a property with no WiFi so I was hoping to use 4G. 4G signal is great for upload and download so that is not an issue. Power available too. Going to be used inside. I was looking at these. Anyone use them and are happy? Better alternatives?

My brother has one of these I think, running off a solar panel to monitor some land he uses. I think he's pretty happy with it, though he keeps getting pictures of squirrels sent to his phone when one sticks its face right in front of the camera!

worth knowing that you dont get a true public ip address with 4g - everyone is hidden behind a carrier public ip address - therefore no static inbound nat.
If you cameras support some sort of cloud/tunneled connection you might be ok.

I setup a fairly complicated solution to monitor an unoccupied house using a mikrotik 4g router, external 4 antenna etc - I got round the nat problem by creating a site to site vpn back to my house then natting the cctv out on my public ip address - complicated and not for the novice (i’m an it guy)

You can get fixed public IPv4 SIM Cards. They're just more expensive that commercial plans.

Or if you need this functionality you can alternatively use a VPN, which would probably turn out cheaper.
