Anyone here planning on a purchase?

Gonna try and pick myself up a 5900x as an upgrade from my 3700x

I initially was going to go for a 5000 series until i saw the price increase over last gen, will probably look for black friday bargains on the 3000 series unless the benchmarks are a massive step foward like the 3080 vs 2080 nvidia cards weve seen this year.

Managed to get one from Scan

Plan is to pair it with either a 6800XT or a 3080 depending on what the reviews say

Missed out at Scan and ebuyer so pre-ordered an R5 5600X from Overclockers. Building a new PC in the next month or so and it should be a bit of an upgrade over my FX-8370 build! Waiting on big-navi reviews before pulling the trigger on a new GPU, although getting any of the latest GPUs this side of Christmas might be ambitious!

My 5900x is looking like a 20th November Delivery. Hopefully in time for Big Navi!
