Telephone (and networking) recommendation - Hampshire/Berk

We have moved home and the phone line setup seems to be a mess, and I would be grateful for any recommendations for someone to come and sort it out. We are based in RG27 which is between Hook/Basingstoke and Reading on the Hampshire/Berkshire border.
When we first moved in (March this year, somehow), I had someone move the master socket into a central room in the house and I suspect this has led to the problems that we've had since. The guy who did this is no longer answering calls or email, which is a shame but his loss (I hope!).
The main problem is that not all the internal phone sockets now work, which is a problem for part of our alarm monitoring system.
A secondary issue is that I have a separate office over the drive and the phone line there (same as the main house) doesn't work, but did earlier this year according to the vendor (someone I trust!). I would like that sorted too.
The last issue, a slightly longer term one, is that I have network cables running out to the barn from the house under the drive, having pulled them through conduit. they work, and I get internet out there, but it looks like it's been run into its networking cabinet by an impatient ape (me), and needs tidying up (restarting, perhaps), and ideally cables terminating correctly and in a sensible and robust way.
So, with all that said, does anyone know of anyone willing to travel to my neck of the woods that they'd recommend to sort the phone lines out. The networking is a nice to have, but the phones need sorting and need someone methodical and sensible to sort out.
