Looking to get a pair of either headphones or Earbuds in black Friday sales. Looking to spend around £100 really but could stretch.

Any recommendations?

What are the benefits of either style?

These may look a little bit old fashioned nowadays:

These will make you look a bit silly if, like me, you are a bespectacled bloke approaching 50:

Hopefully my review assisted in making your choice biggrin

Recommendations depend on what you want to listen to through them and with what device?

Yeah not Apple so means standard Bluetooth not their w1 stuff.

If portability is the priority you could do worse than these:

I have a pair of over ear Sony Bluetooth headphones that sound great, have controls for volume, next song, answer phone and noise cancelling.

They were about £80. I was tempted to get ear pods but tried my son's Airpods the other day and the sound was weak and tinny.

I have heard good things about those Cambridge Audio ones but they look like they'd fall out easily. Anyone here tried them?

I've had all sorts of bluetooth earbuds, none of them stay in my ears regardless if which bud I use.

If you don't have that problem the sony wf1000x or similar named sound good.

If youre out and about there are no end of cheap chinese ones that will work as well and you won't notice the poor quality.

Nowadays I use an m-dac nano and plug decent wired over the ear phones into that. Great quality and you can stick your phone in your pocket
