Anyone here use ESET virus protection?

Mine seems to download the latest update ok although it then won't restart which it needs to do to reset the system. If I restart it manually though it starts up again saying it needs to install an update?! It is also saying that "real time protection" is not functional until I restart ...

Stuck in a horrible loop of it not working and not updating.
