My trusty old iPhone SE which is now about 5yrs old is finally due for replacement
Before I chuck £399 at a new one, is it worth waiting a couple of weeks for Black Friday or are deals on these highly unlikely?
Have looked on Apple Refurb store again today & it's currently being updated / back soon? There was not much on there yesterday anyway.
Any money back sites work with John Lewis (2yr warranty) or Apple themselves?

From a previous life i gather Apple control the discounting (even during black Friday) to keep the brand seen as prestige. You aren't likely to get a huge discount, but may get a few quid off.
Some of the networks may do some offers on the airtime part of a contract?
Not had a phone on contract for nearly 10yrs, even the bloke at EE when I renewed my SIM only deal a few weeks ago admitted it was probably cheaper to go it alone on the handset. Some of the networks may do some offers on the airtime part of a contract?
I usually wait for www.mobiles.co.uk who usually have great Black Friday deals.
I got an iPhone XR 2 months after launch 24 month contract unlimited everything inc 100GB data a month for about £3 a month more than buying outright. Had similar a few years before from them on my 6.
