Keyboard help needed

Doesh anyone know what the attached keyboard layout is, please? It's on a Chuwi HeroBook laptop. What appears on the screen for many of the non-alphabetical keys does not correspond to the key pressed! If I find out the layout I can upload the correct file.

Not French - they don't have a QWERTY layout.

French are normally AZERTY rather than QWERTY.
It has the £ Symbol but also has French accented Letters

Anglo-French is my guess.

Or Libyan or Tunisian as well
