I got a printer from them in Lockdown I and it was all painless. Next day delivery was extra but worth it.

I bought a new laptop from them a couple of months ago. Good price and quick delivery. Immeasurably better than trying to buy from PC World or Argos.

Yes, bought a screen during lockdown, delivery was delayed to about 2 months, but i was kept informed and no one else was getting them either.

They did delivery on a pallet via an Artic which was err, interesting

Just to update, incredible service from this company. Ordered the laptop at 14:20, it was on my doorstep the next day at 09:10.

I ordered a monitor from them. Very efficient and quick delivery. HOWEVER. The monitor has a clear speaker fault. I'm having a very frustrating time trying to convince them that there is in fact a problem and it's not just my unrealistic expectations of how good the speakers should be. Every time I send them a message it's 2 days before I get a reply, and it's always "That's just how it is, we suggest you buy some external speakers". Maddening. I keep asking them to call me but no luck yet.

Thanks - I was rather hoping that given how long the to-and-fro of messages has been going on for, the least they could do is give me a call. I don't fancy having to wait 30 mins on hold to talk to someone. But if I give up and call them I'll definitely try that number :-)

They are just down the road from me, so it wouldnt e a problem
