My wife is looking for some new in-ear headphones and if I can find some it saves me struggling for a Christmas idea! She only likes the in-ear style and she mainly uses them for listening to podcasts, plugging into the laptop for Teams meetings and as a handsfree for her Pixel phone. She has some cheap ones at the moment (£20-£30 from Tesco) but I'd quite like to get her a proper pair that will last a while. One thing that annoys me is that her current ones have a lot of noise-leak - so when she's listening to a podcast/music I can hear what is being played if it's at any kind of meaningful volume. Does anybody have any recommendations as I've done a quick Google this morning and I'm lost already hehe

Oh, and wireless would be amazing but not essential.

Thanks

Shure 215s are great. You can replace the cable too, always seems to be the first thing to go. The bluetooth ones are awesome but may be above budget.

Are these the ones? https://www.shure.com/en-GB/products/earphones/aon...

I'd rather spend the extra and get the wireless for her as it's what she's wanting.

Pixel buds would probably be the best option to pair with her phone (various grumbles about QC as per all Pixel products) but supposedly very good. Not the cheapest.

Samsung Galaxy Buds+ are £80-90 on ebay.

Sony WF-1000XM3 are around half price now for £130, best in ear noise cancelling - quite big though.

Jabra Elite 75t are sub £100 on ebay.

All solid choices with Android.

Once you've had wireless headphones you'll not go back. Amazing things.

I've the Bose ones. Would certainly recommend but might be above budget.
