Hi anyone used this company, I have a PS5 on order for my son's Christmas but beginning to think I have been scammed as heard nothing and Truspilot reviews seem to negative now.

Are you talking about the Spanish company mistertecno.com?

If so, they don't get very good reviews for customer service - but maybe a bit of that is down to the language barrier...although I'm not sure I'd be ordering an in-demand from any company I'd never heard of.
