Hi guys,

I've just bought a pair of Phillips PH805 headphones. The reviews at £160 were great, composing it Bose/Sony headphones that were £250+ dating they were 99% as good, as a noticeable amount cheaper.

Black Friday sales had them at £80 so I figured they really were a no brainer.

The sound is great and they do everything they're supposed to. But, when I jump or even land heavily walking down steps I get what sounds a bit like a static interruption in the sound. I would imagine running in them would actually be dreadful due to this, but I don't so 99% of the time it isn't an issue.

They do the same thing when I I get an increase in pressure in my (small) porch when I shut a the front door abruptly, and the inside door is closed too (makes sense?)

Is this normal? Or are they broken? It's definitely not a big enough problem fort me to complain about if "they all do that" but my concern is something is loose and it's only going to get worse?

take them back - there is a loose connection somewhere.

.........have you ruled out your music source isnt the culprit

Okay, thanks, I'll do that.

Music source was Spotify on my phone, and it never did this with a pair of £5 wired headphones from coop hehe

Incidently I'm also getting Bluetooth connection issues wth my laptop, and unfortunately after some Googling it looks like an HP (laptop) problem rather than the headphones, which means changing for a new or different pair won't fix it. Frustrating. Hopefully HP will fix the bug eventually, or if they have already I'll get to the bottom of it and get it sorted.
