Thought I’d treat myself to a drone. Just dipping a toe into the water, and I’ll probably lose it, so not looking to spend more than £200. I want to be able to stream video back to my phone and use my phone to fly it, maybe clipped-in to a joystick thing.

Any good brands or brands to avoid?

Thanks!

Sounds like what you want is a DJI Mavic Mini. It's small, portable, has a contol unit you clip your phone to for video whilst flying.........but........the best option is the Fly More kit and that is well above your budget.

With the new Mini2 out you should be able to pick up an original mini for sub £250-300 maybe even a combo kit.

I have one from Hobbymounts (a ph'er) and it is an amazing little thing and with the new regs out at the beginning of 2021 the sub 250g category is deffinately the right area to be in.
