No idea on quality but this may work. Reolink are generally good home cameras.

The other option would be a sim enabled router and a more traditional camera setup.

If you can't do a workaround to get Wifi out there then I would recommend an Arlo Go. I have one and it's pretty good. I feel like they will do an upgraded one soon (they have for all their other models) but I gave up waiting and bought the current one. No problems so far apart from patchy connection in some areas.

If you have Electrics, then a simple home plug would enable you to use your home wifi, and a camera to suit will work quite well, no sim cards needed.
^ this.I have 4x 4k hardwired cameras around the house all going back to a dvr in the garage. I use Devolo powerline adaptors between my garage and router in the lounge and it all works flawlessly.
Edit to say my lounge is on a different consumer unit to the garage and the adaptors still work perfectly.
