Outlook on Mac - new look frustrations

Does anyone else use Outlook on Mac?

The new look application has these funky disappearing headers on the inbox view which reappear when you hover in the relevant area. The problem is they keep reappearing just as I go to click on the first mail in the list.

I can't for the life of me find out how to turn this feature on/off - does anyone have any idea?

Don't have mine to hand but there is a way to switch it off I just can't remember it.

Thanks, this deals with the toolbar but not the mail column headers (i.e. From, Subject, Date etc.). It's rather frustrating as I like a lot of the other new features but spend far too long waiting for my inbox to re-organise itself after clicking in the wrong place (yes, I should delete a few emails...)
