Setting up a remote webcam.

I want to set up a webcam on a boat, to monitor its moorings and the water level as well, potentially, for security reasons.

There won't necessarily be wifi access where it is moored.

I presume that I need a webcam and some sort of data box / SIM type thing.

Can anyone who has done this advise please?
