one click clean up

[Kneedowndeano]

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a application that will clean up the registry, clean up the HD and generally give the PC a good overhaul with as few clicks as possible.
Anyone got any ideas what app will do this?

thanks

I use CR@P CLEANER from these people
www.ccleaner.com/
Does it for me!
