iPhone SE ( 2016) Volume Control

As per title, I have an iPhone SE (2016) that I use in the car/home for streaming music.
I have the current software update.
Is there any way to disable the really annoying sound monitoring that keeps cutting the volume ?
I realise it is for ear protection, but I never use the ear phones, just the earphone socket.....!!!

I have tried to disable the function but it seems that it is one of those options that is fixed by Apple ?

Thanks....but tried that and it seems that the volume limiter is fixed and it does not let you switch it off......in the UK anyway !

That was the first thing I tried, but it must be the latest iOS upgrade has this 'feature' which is quite annoying....like a few other Apple things !!

Works on my new SE, 'reduce loud sounds' is off.
