HTML emails rendering differently in Outlook

We use HTML emails in our business and have always been conscious that they can look different in Outlook. But since last year a few of them are looking more different, images the wrong size or the wrong alignment, and some headings centred rather then left aligned with the rest of the text.

Does anyone know if Outlook's HTML rendering has changed recently? It's always been a pain but we don't know what might have caused this recent change.

Emails all display fine in the various webmail providers, no changes.
