my win 10 laptop keyboard has developed a mind of its own, ran virus and other checking tools but nothing wrong can be found.

plugged in a keyboard which works fine

you going to tell me my laptop keyboard is broken or has anyone got any suggestions

How old is the laptop ?
When you say "mind of it's own", what do you mean ?
For example press one key get multiple characters, or not working at all.

Does the touchpad and buttons work as normal ?.
