Know Your Fonts? What's This One ... ?

Help!

I've been using this font on a frequent basis for my wife's YouTube channel. I decided to purchase and install to the latest version of our video editing software, which appears to have removed this font from the list of fonts available. In a panic, I re-opened the existing version of the video editing software and it's disappeared from there too!

The company suggest that their program looks to the fonts installed on the computer. I've had a look and cannot find it anywhere! It's gone!

This is the font in question. I believe it started with a 'Z' or had 'Zeit' somewhere in the name:
