iPhone Family Sharing - confused...!

Hi All

I have my son's phone set up as a family share. All has been working fine until he started to get pop up messages saying his iCloud storage is full. However, iCloud setting selection in Settings is greyed out! I have tried with my phone to access his settings, but this isn't possible.

I just want to configure what is backed up to the iCloud and check why it is full.

Any suggestions? It's updated, been rebooted a few times too. Must be a way of viewing this?

Do you have screen time turned on on his device? If so you may have locked down some of the account settings on that device until you turn screen time off via your phone.

This is probably what it is. Check the 'Content & privacy restrictions' section in his Screentime config.

Just to close this off after the kind input of those above. It was indeed screen time that also limited access.
