Mind Map software recommendations?

Anyone got a strong thumbs up for mind map software?

Preferably free as only need basic functionality but I don't know there are any free boys left

I use orbitmind on my android phone which is great.

You’re right that it is slim pickings thesedays. Freeplane.org is open source, so that’s your starter for 10.

I use mindnode if you happen to use macOS. It was fairly reasonably priced.

I use MindNode on my Mac, but think it is subscription, but nothing like the cost of Mindmap
