iTunes Is Not Infallible
Discussion
Apple boasts that if an iTunes download fails then you can recover the process without fear of having paid for nothing.
Recently I experienced a download that stalled. Eventually iTunes sussed that something was wrong and instructed me to go back to my shopping basket (or wherever), from where it said I could recover the process. Having followed the instructions I was then told that there were no outstanding songs to download. I was later presented with an e-mail confirming my "purchase". £0.79 for chuff all!
I perused the help facilities and implemented all their suggestions but to no avail.
Apple provides a feedback channel but it is one-way only. I posted a complaint but, needless to say, got no reply.
Has anyone else suffered at the hands of iTunes?
