As a mouse, I love the MX Master 3 but am getting really fed up with it stuttering and jerky use on occasions.
It seems to be quite a common problem and I've moved the bluetooth receiver it into different USB ports, into the monitor USB ports and even on an extension USB cable so its almost next to the mouse itself.
It goes through stages of working perfect and then for no reason when the reciever hasn't been moved, going back to the jerkiness/lag again.
I have 2 of these and both do the same so I don't think they are faulty.

Are there any other decent mice as I've used Logitech ones for years and years?
They must have at least x2 thumb buttons though which I can custom assign to copy/paste.

I've had no problems with mine when using a monitor USB port but it does start to stutter if I put it in the PC on the floor.

Anything nearby which could interfere? Wi-Fi access point, DECT phone, microwave etc

I've not had any problems with my MX2 (nor my long abused original MX) however I did get the MX2 to replace a Microsoft mouse, which was a superb unit but suffered the same problems through local wifi congestion (the MS mouse used a wifi dongle, not bluetooth)

Any chance you've got the dongle plugged in to, or near an active USB 3 port? If so, put it on a USB 2 extension cable somewhere vaguely near the mouse.

When you say bluetooth receiver are you talking about the dongle that comes with the mouse? If so, I'm not sure that is bluetooth. I've always found mice a bit laggy with the provided dongle, but if using bluetooth connection directly to the computer it is better.

I've a Master Mouse and I thought it was wireless using the dongle. But having just checked, it turns out it also supports bluetooth.

The only thing I can suggest is maybe it's connected on both wireless using the dongle and on bluetooth as well and so somehow the two connections are conflicting with each other ? Have a look under your bluetooth connections and see if it says it's paired.
