SD Card for roadhawk camera

I have about a dozen road hawk cameras on the go.
The manufacturer suggests "team" SD cards. I have tried other cards but they dont seem to work - no idea why that would be! They are to at least the same spec class 10 etc.
The problem is every year or so each camera seems to corrupt its SD card. So I end up replacing the SD card.
Anyone got any suggestions for what SD card I can try that will a) last more than 12 months and b) will work with roadhawk?

I had similar issues with some built in SD cards on some CCTV cameras.
In the end i discovered that there are SD cards supposedly designed for the constant writing.
Swapped them for these and not heard a peep since..
