Recommending voip to mobile calls to start-ups

[MargoSilch]

I get a lot of start-up clients setting up their businesses and they always ask me for advice on voip calls and a lot of the time want a redirect to their mobiles.

I do not want to pay to be a reseller but can anybody recommend a company that I could use to help my clients with their voip calls all from one dashboard?
