iPhone random notification

Can't remember whether I've asked this before, apologies if I have!

I have an iPhone 8+ and every day at exactly 13.45 I get a notification sound from it. No banner, no message, nothing, just the sound. It's every single day at the precise same time. I don't have any reminders set, I don't have an alarm set, and I have been through every app and removed notifications from all but the ones which I actually need.

Anybody got a clue what this might be and how I can get rid of it?

Junk email folder being updated in the mail app at a specific refresh time?

I have had this before and it gives a sound with no notification.

Was busy but I don’t think it chirped today! I did go through and remove even more Sound notifications. I’ll have to start adding notifications back in now, good that it’s gone but annoying it wasn’t obvious what it was!

I've not heard things but I have definitely felt random vibration alerts!

No notification again today, but I did blitz the Settings, so I'll have to see what I'm missing (if anything).
