On line printing

Hi, I am after some assistance please.

I have been using Photobox for some time now to upload jpeg photographs and get them printed, but for some reason, it no longer works from my ipad.

I have spoken with them, and have given up trying to figure it out they say the web site is working fine.

If I transfer pics to the PC, they come out as Full size render, and is listed as "File" and not a jpeg, so cant upload from there either.

Time to change to another web site to get my pictures printed, any suggestions? I would rather use one which is recommended than just pick one at random.

How are you transferring them to the PC? Assuming you are using the Photos share function on the iPad, then they should by default be shared as a JPEG. Did you take the photos on the iPad or a camera and transferred from there to the iPad?

Have you dried changing the file name of the photos to .jpeg?

As for online printing, Bobs Books is my go-to provider.

All transferred as joegs, show up in the email as jpeg, but when I try to copy or download as a zip file, the format changes, no worries may give Bobs Books a shot.

Have you tried downloading them as normal not as a zip file. Will take longer obviously but may work?

I use snapfish, no idea of VFM or what not but works for me.

Good enough for me, thanks for all the responses, I used to like Photobox, but just doesnt want to work for me now.

Playing safe, had same prints by Snapfish and Bonus Print.

All the ones from Snapfish looked washed out, not nearly as good as Bonus Print, blacks were sort of grey.

So I am sticking to Bonus Print.

Not seen that issue myself but I will be looking out for that in the future - did you contact them?
