Network issue, how would you tackle this?

I have a brick built shed/workshop about 40 metres from my house. I want to mount a spare poe camera I have on it.
Although I have electric in it, it is in no way connected to my house (it's 3 brick sheds all connected and I'm guessing the electric was fed through one of the others years ago). Unfortunately this means I can't use a home plug as I originally intended.
My home WiFi doesn't reach the shed (thick concrete walls, even with 2 waps we have blackspots in the house), and I can't run a cable as this would require going through my neighbours property.
I don't have line of sight to the shed either, so rule those options out too.
Any extra kit will need to be stuff that can run from an extension as I'd like to leave one plug free for grinders/drills etc
Ideas? This has gone from a free quick and easy job to seemingly impossible

If you are happy to have photos sent to your phone or tablet with a minute or so delay a cheap and quick option could be a Spypoint Trail camera:

They can record video but only to the internal SD card.
Or:

Or lay cables.....

Depending how much you want to spend, Just stick up a wireless link or see if a netgear power line set up will work.

The thing is, we have a full ezviz ecosystem, and I just happen to have an extra camera spare gathering dust, so was more just an idea to reuse (along with a spare home plug).
I'm not actually too fussed, but just wondered if there had been any new developments in terms of short range data transmission for consumers.

If you don't mind a bit of DIY maybe just run an external cable which would be cheap? I've run a few for friends and their businesses, both buried - others running along a fence on top of shed roofs etc. I did a bit of a bodge job at my brother's burying a cable a few cms below the soil (just cutting a slot in the ground with a shovel) and that's been running 2 POE cameras for about 8 years uninterrupted over a single cable (used spare pins on the 2nd camera).
FYI
Camera 1 = Switch
Pins 1,2,3,6 = 1,2,3,6
Camera 2 = Switch
Pins 1,2,3,6 mapped to 4,5,7,8, then at switch end 4,5,7,8 mapped to 1,2,3,6 on switch.
Terminating the ends is childs play, (and you can obviously run POE so the camera wouldn't need power locally).

I'm running a link for 150 metres (with a tree in the way) using Unifi APs - I'm sure other manufacturers can do similar mesh type connections.
1 AP is on the outside of the house, POE powered by the core switch. At the other end, I have another POE powered AP. I have additional complexity because the far end is solar powered with 12v POE injectors, but all you need is a diddy 4 port POE switch.
