iMac M1 24"
iPad Pro M1
Purple iPhone
New Apple TV 4K
Airtag keyfobs
iMac has M1, presumably the same processor as the MacBook Pro/Air and Mac Mini. New casing, 11mm thick flat back panel, colours. Still has a chin below the screen.
iPad Pro has M1, USB/Thunderbolt port, 12.9" has an XDR mini LED screen, storage up to 2TB
Purple iPhone, because why not.
Apple TV has a new remote and higher spec processor.
Airtags link to the Find My app, little round pucks you can have with a keyring or holder.
Surprised that the iMac still has the chin, and a white front with no option for black glass surround like the old/current iMac. iPad Pro M1 could be a beast, getting closer to being a laptop replacement.

The Macs look nice, neat form factor, good specs - I don't mind the chin, apparently it accomodates largely the speakers. I'm not sure though about the coloured and white bezel. A black bezel makes the screen 'pop', and the colours are like something from Fisher Price. GIve me a charcoal case, and a black bezel and I'd be hovering over the buy button.

What about a 27inch iMac successor? No mention of that yet which is a bit disapointing. Well it is if you fancy one a bit bigger than the 24 inch version!
I’d read that only the 24inch was expected at this event, with the larger Mac (the screen size is rumoured to be larger than 27inch) expected at WWDC in June with an updated M1.tim0409 said:

WWDC is normally always software. I’d wager the revised 27 (probably 30+) won’t land till ‘22.

iMac pricing doesn't look too bad. I like the colours too.
Apple TV really didn't need changing. The remote still can't do quite enough TV control to save you reaching for the TV remote all the time.
Airtags look good, regular CR2032 battery. I've been using Tile and held off replacing an older (non-replaceable battery) one, will get one of these to put on my keys instead.

The iMac looks really impressive, if I thought I would be going back to the office I would get one for home, but really need to go down to one monitor on my desk, so will wait for the MacBook Pro refresh.
I will be getting a couple of AirTags though, to replace our Tiles that have run out of battery, and had an annoying app. I wasn't surprised to see that the Apple accessories to attach the AirTag to anything cost as much as the tag itself. The Chipolo trackers also look like a good bet, slightly cheaper, especially as you don't need any accessories to attach them to key rings, but they won't be out for a few more months.

I wonder if the existing Apple TV 4K will get the colour calibration stuff.
It sounds like it will, and even the Apple TV HD (for paupers like me do still don't have a 4K TV).I find Tiles a godsend, I have 9 cars so finding the right keys is always a laugh. I would say the Tile network effect is very useful - I’ve occasionally left my keys somewhere and had it pinged quite quickly by another user.
What is surprising is that the air tags seem to be about the same price,

Like the look of the new 24' iMac might look to update from my 2017 21' 4k. My only issue is that the maximum storage is 512GB. My 2017 iMac has a 2TB hard drive. I know it's SSD but my 2013 MBP had a 512GB drive. I already have at least six external drives.
I use Tile Pro on my car keys, I like the metal hook over the standard Tile. The Apple versions looks bit twee, like something you'd find in Cath Kidson.

I have found Tile useful, just poorly implemented, daily notifications about items that are in my pocket being “found” by the network, or that the battery is low and that I should replace the Tile, but it then continues to work for another 10 months. I’m hoping that Apple’s implementation is slicker. What is surprising is that the air tags seem to be about the same price,
Apple seem to have hit the price point by requiring accessories to attach airtags to anything. £12 for third party or £29+ for Apple accessories.

What else does it need to do?I've had an AppleTV HD since release in 2015. It is the only way I consume media through my TV. I haven't used standard TV for years.
My TV remote hasn't been used since I got the AppleTV.

I'd like to think there's a chance of it appearing at WWDC. But I'd also be somewhat surprised.I’d wager the revised 27 (probably 30+) won’t land till ‘22.
They currently don't have a big screen M1 computer suitable for professionals.
I want a 30inch+ iMac, lots of RAM and a big SSD.
I currently use a 2011 iMac every day for work as a software developer and really need to change it!

I think we'll see additional config options once pre-orders go live. The 512GB is just one of the stock SKU options that'll go into their stores and third parties like John Lewis. The M1 MacBook Air has a 2TB SSD option along with a 16GB RAM option.
