Is it worth upgrading Apple TV box?

I bought my 4K HDR box years ago and it has served me well. Still going.

There was no update for an age it seemed but yesterday random browsing I noticed there was a new 4K version. It has a silver remote and the A12 chip.

I’m not looking to play games via Apple TV.
Other than the change in chip would there be any significant or noticeable improvement to image quality/user experience?

Ps. I also an Amazon firebox.
