Where do I start.my wife has just bought a new phone through id mobile, it is a Samsung A71. When she used a program to transfer previous information from her old phone to the new one for some reason a telephone icon failed to appear so she cannot make calls or send and receive texts.
We are unable to proceed further as Id insist on sending a code (which expires in 2 minuted ffs) to a phone which we cannot access texts on.
Tried to restore factory settings but need a Google password which she never uses so has forgotten.
Now she is reduced to sobbing in the kitchen in frustration after spending all morning without finding a way forward.
Any thoughts ??
