I use my phone daily to take pics of cars (motor dealer), I then drop them into Adobe light room (app on phone) to sharpen them up, they then get uploaded to auto trader via their dealer portal, over the last few days Adobe has been giving me a failed to import error, autotrader is also being fussy about uploading the pics, If I email them to myself and save them they then work, I have cleared plenty of space so that's not the problem, I suspect I have changed something on the camera settings/save image?
All help welcome
Andy

You can try Settings > Privacy > Photos

Then you'll see all the apps that have access to your photos. Scroll down to Lightroom and click on it and check it still has access to your full photo album.

Are you now taking “live” photos perhaps?

If you don’t know what that is, google it.

Also try to change Settings -> Camera -> Formats to 'Most Compatible' if not already set that way.

Is your iPhone set to HEIC format for pictures? Some websites have issues with this.
There is a camera setting if it it set to 'high efficiency' then change it to 'most compatible', which will then switch it back to taking JPEG format.

If it isn't that, no idea.
