EE price increase Text

Just a heads up as I received the text telling me my sim plan was being moved to a £19 quid a month.

Apparently they can't do this if your contract was taken out before September 2020.

I pay £6 a month for 4gb of data and unlimited calls it's all I need, so a quick call and after a bit of a debate I was told I don't have to do anything and won't be moved onto another plan.

I was then offered 40gb for £15 which I declined.

From £6 to £19, do they honestly expect someone to accept that? that is a little optimistic!

Good that you managed to avoid to price increase, but inflation is coming...
