Need to replace this plug as it fell in some water, I want the cheapest thing possible.

Is it the same as a phone charging plug socket thing? As they seem to be cheap as chips on amazon.

Possibly - Is there a USB socket on the plug?
(The 5v matches and 600ma is at the low end)

Yeah there is.

I've plugged the thing that did use this plug into an iphone charger, and it works, so I think I've answered my question smile

Unless it's a really old iPhone you can probably safely go for a 2 amp output with no risk and have a faster recharge.
