I've moved away from using OneDrive as a backup and now use iDrive, which I'm really impressed with.

However, I just cannot stop OneDrive syncing on one of my computers. The problem is that OneDrive has put the local backup on the C: drive, which is fairly small in size and subsequently keeps filling up this drive. I did try numerous times to change the local of this local backup to the D: drive which has lots of spare capacity but without success. In the end I moved over the iDrive.

I have completely uninstalled OneDrive on my computers but everyday at 2pm OneDrive still runs the sync and fills up the C: drive. I've tried everything to stop OneDrive syncing. Any ideas?

Press the Windows key and enter "Task Scheduler". OneDrive is probably scheduled there. Right click to Disable or Delete.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried that and it didn't work, so Google'd and it suggested uninstalling, which I did and it is still syncing! There is no OneDrive installed on the computer now.

I've done that already and there are no OneDrive tasks running. There is no OneDrive installed on the computer now.
