Last pass login problem

I’ve forgotten my master password. I have 2FA via my phone but whenever I’m trying to recover with the code they text me, last pass tells me I don’t have the browser extension installed try another browser.
I’ve tried 2 now.
Never had this issue before recovering my password.

Anyone else had the same?
