Just taken delivery of my pre-order watch.
All set up in 5 mins, paired to the watch, etc. The first impression is that it is so much better than Tizen ever was. Slick, smooth, fast. My first job was to fix one of my straps to it, but they are smaller than the 22mm of the old watch. Looks like I have to get some 20mm ones now. It will charge using my old desk charger but does not like to stay in place so I will have to sort something there.
Apart from that, even with the standard grey silicone strap, I really like it. It looks a lot better in stainless than the aluminum versions.
The verdict is out on battery consumption. I am used to 5 days or so on average for my old Galaxy watch, and I am not looking forward to more regular charging.
Not played with all the features yet, but all the apps look really good. The screen is excellent.

Very interested in this - I currently have a Fossil Gen 5 which really hasn't lived up to the hype of being the first 'must have' Android Wear watch, which was going around at the time.

It's decent but I don't really get a lot more use out of it than my older Sony Smartwatch 3 - the most useful thing about it is the heartrate monitoring which just about all Smartwatches have now.

I have a Samsung phone and tablet, both excellent, so I'm hopeful that they can do something special with this. I'm definitely interested in the Blood Pressure monitoring which it's supposed to have (some sort of issues with it in the US though).

I took delivery of my Black Classic pre-order yesterday too. I had a GW3 before so not too much to get used to. The only small issue is an app I used a lot was not compatible with Google Wear and there's no compatible alternative.
I tried out the recording of snoring last night because I thought I didn't snore. Wrong! I'm not sure of the purpose of this feature other than to try it out once to see what it sounds like. The body fat measurement and the others that go with it were slightly alarming. I was only within limits on the BMI.
Overall though an improvement on the previous GW3 and I'm pleased with it.

Took delivery of my GW4 Classic yesterday, too.
Very impressed.
It's replacing an S3 Frontier which I've had for years.
Still love the S3 and it looks brand new - even after 4 years everyday use, so hopefully the GW4 will be just as good.
Initial impressions are that you can tell it weighs less and it feels less bulky.
Despite it being Wear OS, the similarities with Tizen and the Samsung layout in general mean it felt easy to set up and use.
In case anyone is reading this and has the same issue I had, I couldn't get it to load my Samsung and Google accounts to the watch. I reset it four times, but still wouldn't accept the accounts.
However, I found the solution was to turn off wifi ON THE PHONE (not the watch) and try again and both accounts loaded straight away. Same went for backing up the data on the Samsung Cloud - wouldn't work till I disabled phone wifi 1st.
Obviously not everyone will have this problem, but it took a while to figure out.
Will explore and buy more watch faces when the free £75 Google Play Voucher offer comes through.
There is an offer available for those yet undecided. If you have a PX, then try - https://www.samsungtradeinoffer.co.uk/how-it-works
(I bought mine directly from Samsung and there was a 20% off code - but that seems to have disappeared now).
