While returning from Le Mans I lost one of 2 fridge vents from my caravan. These are discontinued and not available anywhere.

Any advice on where 3d printing is an option and likely cost?

47cm x 36cm

Ignoring your question a bit, googling suggests you can pair two LS200 vents and get the same shape & size, which might help.

Not absolutely certain, but I think that refers to the winter covers rather than the whole grill. The dimensions of the LS200 don't seem to stack up to me to allow doubling up the actual grills.

I don't think 3D scanning is up to the task here. It may work as a staring point but would need a lot of additional work to make printable.
You could probably design and print something from scratch.

What are they exposed to hot/cold/sun/chemicals/stresses?

If you measure the dimensions correctly someone on fiverr could knock that up pretty easily. It doesn't look the most complex shape.

The only 'issue' will be getting a 3d printer large enough but I think there's a Creailty with a 50cm X 50cm bed that would print it in one piece.
