Help / advise for own website forwarding

I have a domain name that I’ve had for some time but only use it for email forwarding really.
The company it’s with now control it for me but I can’t put new email address on or change the forward addresses.

I use to use the domain via netthe.net that allowed me to logon and change any email I needed to.


I would now like to take back control of my domain and look after the forwarding and email addresses can anyone advise a good hosting company that I could use and take the control back ?

Google Workspaces would be my suggestion. Very powerful and easy to use.
