Invisible Captcha Issue with specific website

I'm looking for some help.

I am trying to create an account on a specific forum, but when I go to the create account page I get the following error:
'This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha.'

Can someone please explain how I fix this? I have not a clue, despite doing much Googling.
If it makes any difference, I have tried on several devices and browsers.

That sounds like a problem fixable by the site admin, not by you. So I’d tell them, if you can.

Thanks. I did wonder if it was a problem at their end, not mine.

I'd love to tell them, but when I go to the contact us page, I get the same error!

See if you can find a contact email so you don't have to use their stupid webform.
I'm finding quite a few sites don't have working contact forms these days.

Like your thinking, I did message a Facebook forum with forum.bmw5 in the title, but I didn't see the one you've just linked to. I'll send them a message also.
