Need some help with updating some of the PC we have at work, some are still on XP !

Now i am in no way technical when it comes to PC and all the numbers, so i am wanting some help here please.

Been looking a chatting with Dell business but that's not gone to well as they dont have any stock ! went to PC world who was pushing all in 1 PC and monitor, not for us.

So i want small form that can sit on the desk, needs to run 2 monitors so i think it need 2 video out puts ? This will be the main PC with the files for the programs living on it, the other Pc's all have there local copy of the software but access this PC files.

Software we run

Accounts / stock control Called (Evopos) for this PC other users will share the data file
eCommerce desktop based, for this PC other users will share the data file
your normal word, outlook excel etc
A very small amount of Fusion 360 work

As i said not that good, that said i did convert 3 out of our 6 PC's to SSD drives a few years ago, i brought some refurbished HP small form and fitted them with SSD so that has got me looking at something like this

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393479106043?hash=item5...

Its the Intel 5 or 7 bit that confuses me, i sort of get the Ram and the storage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Buy cheap, buy twice. I don't go for buying second hand - buy a decent PC that'll last you 5-7 years so you don't have to bother rebuilding/replacing especially if you're getting in external IT people.

Dell Opitplex 3080. Get a 3 year warranty.
Intel i5, 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD is our standard, solid spec. Runs anything. Supports two monitors. Ideally will need a GFX card for Fusion 360, easy enough to add in.

I'm a big advocate for decent monitors too with height/tilt adjustment. Ergonomics are important, you'll spend 5-6 hours at a PC in the office, spending another £50 on a monitor which should in theory give 10 years of use is peanuts. The Dell P2419's are brilliant.

If you want someone to supply/fit/install/setup we already support a client near Shropshire, so feel free to drop me a PM if needed.

Just to check, everything is backed up at an appropriate frequency and with an offside or cloud copy? Perhaps with raid on the PC too.
