I could really do with some help. I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with hours of calls to them.
I can’t resolve a tariff problem.

I had a similar problem last year after they offered me a very good deal to stay then no-one had a record of it...

Go through their official complaints procedure (https://www.vodafone.co.uk/help-and-information/complaints). They sorted it very quickly after I had been messed about by various people on the phone who had no authority
