We have an Epson scanner and a Fujitsu laser printer.

It would often be useful to be able to use them as a photocopier - scan a document directly to the printer without having to scan to the PC and then print to the laser.

Does anyone know of software to do this? Mac and PC both fine.

Is it possible to use Mac Automater app to scan images to a particular folder - then print said images then move to an archive?

Would an App like TurboScan via smart device allow you to capture docs and send straight to printer.

I use it to bypass my PC entirely.

I use the Genius Scan App to scan about 100 pages a week, absolutely flawless.

I have the auto export function set so it transfers the PDFs straight to my OneDrive and local NAS when I scan a document.

You can print straight from the scanned docs on your Mobile.

Thoroughly recommend.

In case anyone else is looking for this functionality, someone else has recommended https://icopy.sourceforge.io .
Which looks like it'll do the job.

Thanks for all the replies
