Cellular Kindle Problem ?

Hi can anyone with a Cellular kindle confirm books are downloading OK for me please via Cellular.

Nope store was working fine on 3G but on Cellular all books just stuck at Queued .... It's a 2015 device so thought it might be on the way out so ordered a new 32Gb LTE version that came today ...

Same problem thought it maybe account specific but its the same on 3 different accounts. Looks like the problem maybe at Amazons end

Problem started around 4 days ago. I've spoken to Amazon and explained all the above but all they can tell me is the problem is caused by a weak network signal.... < sigh > even though I dont have a weak network signal.
