Spell-check language in Powerpoint
Discussion
Hello, invariably helpful PHers!
Does anyone know of a way to easily toggle the spellcheck language in Powerpoint for a specific presentation?
Whenever I type in other languages in Word or Outlook, Office365 is clever enough to pick up on the language I'm typing in automatically and switch from English to that for the remainder of whatever I'm writing, but I'm not writing enough in PPT slides for it to do this, so it keeps trying to auto-correct me to English, and/or underline correctly spelt words in red.
I've tried googling it, but all I can find is instructions on how to change the default spellcheck language for Office as a whole, and that only takes effect when you restart office, which is a complete pain in the backside if I'm flipping between documents in different languages!!
Any help would be very welcome.
If it makes a difference, I'm using Windows, but another colleague I've just asked (who also doesn't know) would like to do the same on a Mac!

Powerpoint stores the spell-check language on a file by file basis...but if one isn't specifically set it will default to your system language.
This is for Powerpoint from the latest Office 365 suite...

- Windows: go to Outline View, select all slides, then [REVIEW] [LANGUAGE] [SET PROOFING LANGUAGE]
- MacOS: go to Outline View, select all slides, then [TOOLS] [LANGUAGE]
