Hi all,

We have a small office currently with a 4 camera blink system. It's cheap and cheerful, and easy to install.

However, as it only records when armed it's not ideal as we had a random tailgate into the building and then came into the office... As the blink system was disarmed we had no idea footage.

This time it wasn't a problem, but more by luck.

So we're after a reasonable CCTV systems, 4 cameras, indoor only with a DVR, but most of of all easy to install - I'm not sure if the landlord will want ethernet cables everywhere but sounds like it may be the only option?

Thanks in advance!

Whereabouts are you based ? Happy to give you a price if it's North Kent of Essex

Alternatively, I can supply you a HikVision kit, pre-programmed with pre-terminated cat6 cables for you to install yourself

It's not hard at all, most people struggle with the Cat6 ends but the rest is pretty easy

I'm in Essex but the office in question is central London, near Bond Street.

If you could drop me a PM and go from there, that'd be great!

Does small office = small number of staff? Instruct them to be a bit more bloomin' aware of who's wandering in behind them!

It is a small number of staff - but asking is unlikely to be an ongoing thing, unless I setup monthly raids to keep them on their toes wink

It's also a shared building, we're on the 3rd floor, so it can be anyone else that's tailgated. The office door is now locked again, but I'll give it 6 weeks before it's left unlocked as it's easier!!
